The relationship continues to grow with Manatū Wāhine Ministry for Women, New Zealand as we plan some exciting opportunities for 2025.

We’ve collaborated with the Ministry for Women to support and advise on the creation of their gender pay gap toolkit, released last month. Members of our collective provided direct feedback, shaping the tool into its current form. This tool will be integrated into our annual data collection process, offering more guidance, clarity, and consistency for our members.

This is just the beginning! We have many more exciting collaborative goals in the pipeline and are eager to leverage the power of our collective voice at the government level.
