For the country’s biggest generator of electricity, the mental health and well-being of its employees and the communities it serves is one of its biggest priorities. Meridian’s Healthy Minds programme is a six-week programme which focuses on several areas of mental health, and aims to break down the barriers that keep people from sharing how they’re feeling out of fear of judgement.
The campaign’s spokesman, Mike King, sees it as a crucial step in helping employees be their best selves, and hopes to see organisations around the country invest in similar programmes.
