Mobilise: building inclusive leaders and allies | Wellington

The co-facilitated signature programme, Mobilise, is the first of its kind in Aotearoa New Zealand specifically designed for men.

It brings men together to cultivate their inclusive leadership presence, learn the art of allyship and mobilise a community of inclusive leaders inside your organisation to break down systems of bias and share power with others.

An ally is often defined as someone who is not a member of a marginalised group, but wants to support and take action to help others in that group. Allyship in the workplace is crucial for inclusion and equality.

This is a journey we’re all on together and this programme is designed to unite everyone around a common goal, find their why in this mahi and commit to making a difference for themselves and others.
