We’re thrilled to announce that a handful of inspiring women who work within the profession, are coming together to provide you with valuable insight on how to succeed in the engineering sector.

This online panel discussion invites students from all over the country. It will feature a range of diverse females from different engineering disciplines, career stages, and management positions, providing a wealth of knowledge from different perspectives.

Panellists will discuss career experience, tips to succeed, advice around working in a male-dominated industry, and why organisational diversity and inclusion is so important.
