The Diversity Agenda Summit Executive Breakfast is an exclusive forum for Accord Signatory leaders.

Bringing together over 50 CEOs and senior leaders from across Aotearoa’s engineering and architecture sector, this session creates space for honest conversation about leadership, responsibility, and the future of our industry.

This is not a keynote breakfast, networking event, or panel discussion. The value comes from the leaders in the room. Few industries have the opportunity to bring competing organisations together in this way, creating space for open discussion, shared learning, and collective problem-solving.

Designed in response to feedback from our Signatories, the Executive Breakfast will challenge leaders to explore where progress is slowing, where leadership matters most, and what responsibility sits personally with those shaping the systems, behaviours, and cultures within our organisations and industry.
