The Diversity Agenda Summit is where our movement comes together.

Bringing together leaders, DEI practitioners, changemakers, and industry contributors from across Aotearoa’s engineering and architecture sector, the Summit creates space for honest conversations, shared learning, and collective action.

This year’s Summit will take place at Waipapa Marae at Waipapa Taumata Rau, University of Auckland, and will explore the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of our industry. Together, we’ll launch the 2026 Diversity Agenda Insights Report, hear reflections from our industry leaders, share practical experiences, and work through the questions that matter most to our organisations and sector.

This is not a sit-back-and-listen event. The value of the day comes from the people in the room. Participants should come prepared to contribute openly, share experiences, challenge thinking, and learn from others across the movement.
