DESCRIPTION:The Diversity Agenda Summit Executive Breakfast is an exclusive
  forum for Accord Signatory leaders.\nBringing together over 50 CEOs and se
 nior leaders from across Aotearoa's engineering and architecture sector\, t
 his session creates space for honest conversation about leadership\, respon
 sibility\, and the future of our industry.\nThis is not a keynote breakfast
 \, networking event\, or panel discussion. The value comes from the leaders
  in the room. Few industries have the opportunity to bring competing organi
 sations together in this way\, creating space for open discussion\, shared 
 learning\, and collective problem-solving.\nDesigned in response to feedbac
 k from our Signatories\, the Executive Breakfast will challenge leaders to 
 explore where progress is slowing\, where leadership matters most\, and wha
 t responsibility sits personally with those shaping the systems\, behaviour
 s\, and cultures within our organisations and industry.\nAttendance is by i
