DESCRIPTION:The Diversity Agenda Summit is where our movement comes togethe
 r.\nBringing together leaders\, DEI practitioners\, changemakers\, and indu
 stry contributors from across Aotearoa's engineering and architecture secto
 r\, the Summit creates space for honest conversations\, shared learning\, a
 nd collective action.\nThis year's Summit will take place at Waipapa Marae 
 at Waipapa Taumata Rau\, University of Auckland\, and will explore the oppo
 rtunities and challenges shaping the future of our industry. Together\, we'
 ll launch the 2026 Diversity Agenda Insights Report\, hear reflections from
  our industry leaders\, share practical experiences\, and work through the 
 questions that matter most to our organisations and sector.\nThis is not a 
 sit-back-and-listen event. The value of the day comes from the people in th
 e room. Participants should come prepared to contribute openly\, share expe
 riences\, challenge thinking\, and learn from others across the movement.\n
